My name is Pastor Jacques Saintfard, and I am originally from Haiti. In 1998, God blessed me with a vision to start my ministry to help the Norwich Community. Although the journey has not been easy, I am blessed to say I can do the Lord's work. I am very proud of our work in Norwich and currently in Limbe, which is located in Haiti. My name is Olivio Aubin, and I am the Head Pastor of the Evangelical Church of Psalm 23. I am a Pastor leading this Church and a leader for the Norwich Community. My goals as a pastor are preaching the Gospel to save lives spiritually and save lives socially, economically, and educationally. In our spiritual organization, we are finding ways to support the community, empower our youth to go to school, provide help for the elderly, and create programs that the community can benefit from as a whole. It is to build partnerships and stewardship with other local leaders to help the community. I am currently overseeing the food pantry in our Church.
